Azerbaijan sees growth in propylene output

From January through July this year, Azerbaijan produced 81,700 tons of propylene, 93,600 tons of polyethylene and 95,400 tons of ethylene, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.
In the production of propylene, commodity products made 76,400 tons.
During the reporting period, propylene production grew by 7.4 percent, and commercial propylene production increased 5.7 percent.
From January through July this year, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in Azerbaijan decreased by 5.3 percent and 7.1 percent, respectively.
