Azerbaijan sees decline in oil refinery

In the five months of 2020, 2.5 million tonnes of oil were refined in Azerbaijan, down 61,300 tonnes from the previous year, Energy Ministry told Report.
The oil is refined by Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery.
