Azerbaijan's energy minister to take part in events within COP28 in Dubai

Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, at the invitation of Chief Executive Director of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP28 Adnan Amin, has left for a visit to the UAE, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Energy.

The minister and the delegation he leads will take part in a round table on the sidelines of COP28 on December 4-5 in Dubai, as well as in an event dedicated to investment opportunities in the field of green energy in Azerbaijan, which will be held in the Azerbaijan pavilion.

A number of bilateral meetings are also planned to be held during the visit.
