Azerbaijan increases electricity transit to Turkiye almost 9 times

In the first half of this year, 424.4 million kilowatt hours of electricity was transited from Azerbaijan to Turkiye via Georgia, Report's local bureau informs, citing ESCO's information.
According to the document, this is 8.8 times more than the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the largest volume of transit was implemented in January with 185.519 million kilowatt/hours, and the lowest volume with 70.727 million kilowatt/hours in June.
