Strict change in weather forecasted on New Year eve

Baku. December 26. REPORT.AZ/ Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources declared a warning about the weather conditions on the New Year eve.
"Report" was told by the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry, south-west wind to blow on December 28 in the evening and December 29 will change to north-west in the morning.
