Sleet predicted tomorrow in Baku, temperature to drop to 0 degrees

The weather will be rainy in Baku and Absheron peninsula on January 24 in some places. Sleet is predicted in the evening.

Report says, citing the Bureau of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that strong north-west wind will blow.

The temperature will be +1 to +4 C and close to 0 at night in Baku and Absheron peninsula.

Atmospheric pressure will rise from 758 to 770 mm. Relative humidity will be 75-85%. The weather will be rainy in the regions of Azerbaijan tomorrow, snow is in the forecast for the mountainous and foothill areas. It will intensify in some places. Fog will be observed at night and in the morning. West wind will occasionally intensify in some places.

The temperature will be -3 to +2 C at night, +5 to +9 C in the day, in mountains -4 to -9 C at night, 0 to -4 C in the daytime.

According to the medical-meteorological forecast, intensifying north wind with precipitation and a sharp decline in temperature expected in the Absheron peninsula will be mainly unfavorable for people sensitive to the weather.
