Rashad Ismayilov discusses environmental protection projects with BP delegation

Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Rashad Ismayilov met with a delegation led by Gio Cristofoli, BP"s regional president for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on projects implemented with BP in the areas of environmental protection and improving the ecological situation, and discussed existing areas of cooperation and future prospects, Report informs.

The meeting also noted that Azerbaijan will host World Environment Day on June 5, 2026, and discussed preparations for the event.
