Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has been awarded the Heydar Aliyev Order, following an order signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
According to the order, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev was awarded the Heydar Aliyev Order for his special services in developing friendly, fraternal and allied relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
