Seven Azerbaijani citizens repatriated from Syria

Seven Azerbaijani citizens, including five children and two women, who were held in camps in Syria, were repatriated on February 21 as a result of phased and coordinated measures taken by the Azerbaijani government, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement, Report informs.
“The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Türkiye provided our citizens with certificates of return to Azerbaijan, and they were brought to the country. It is planned to implement relevant measures in the direction of social rehabilitation and reintegration of repatriates into society,” reads the statement.
