President Ilham Aliyev presents "Istiqlal" order to Fattah Heydarov

Baku. 22 February. REPORT.AZ/ On February 22, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has presented the “Istiqlal” order to Chairman of the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan, Member of Azerbaijani Parliament, Fattah Heydarov.
