New deadlines set for return of overpaid state duty

After making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On State Duty", a number of legal acts were brought into line with the amendments, Report reports citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

The state duty for the re-registration of medical products and amendments to registration documents has been set. The term for the return of an incorrectly withheld or overpaid state duty has been reduced from 45 to 20 days.

The term for transferring the state duty for notarial acts to the state budget by a notary has been reduced from two banking days to one banking day.
