Mehriban Aliyeva congratulates Paralympic athletes on their victory

First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has congratulated the athletes representing Azerbaijan at the 16th Summer Paralympic Games Tokyo-2020.

Report informs that in a post on her official Instagram page, the First Vice-President said:

"I wholeheartedly congratulate our athletes - gold winners Shahana Hajiyeva, Vugar Shirinli, Raman Salei, Sevda Veliyeva, Khanim Huseynova, and Huseyn Rahimli, bronze winners Parvin Mammadova and Namig Abbasli on their bright victory. By demonstrating excellent physical training and steadfast striving for victory, you have worthily represented Azerbaijan at the 16th Summer Paralympic Games Tokyo-2021. Your high result is evidence of your skillfulness, excellent training level, goal commitment, and willpower! I wish all of you and other members of our national Paralympic team sound health, new achievements, and all the best!"
