International observer: Constitutional referendum is a new guarantee of country's political stability

Baku. 27 September. REPORT.AZ/ "The referendum became a new guarantee of country's political stability."
Report informs, William Racimora, representative of the monitoring group of international NGOs said at today's press conference.
According to him, popular vote will strengthen democracy in Azerbaijan: 'Amendments to the Constitution will eliminate gaps in the governance and strengthen democracy".
