In 1992, less than 30,000 residents of Armenian origin lived in the territory of Karabakh, accused Arkady Ghukasyan said while answering the questions of the state prosecutors during the trial held at the Baku Military Court.

Ghukasyan said that later some of these individuals remained in Karabakh, some moved to Armenia, and others to Russia.

The trials against the Armeninan citizens accused of committing crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, including the preparation and conduct of a war of aggression, genocide, violation of the laws and regulations of war, as well as terrorism, financing terrorism, forcible seizure of power, forcible retention of power and numerous other crimes as a result of Armenia's military aggression, is underway.
