Azerbaijan to re-form precinct election commissions

"All constituencies have already elected chairmen and secretaries. Thus, the process of forming constituencies is over. The next step is to form precinct election commissions, and this process is underway," Central Election Commission (CEC) Chairman Mazahir Panahov at today's CEC meeting, Report informs.

'The commissions and the members of the precincts released by the CEC cannot be re-elected when the precinct election commissions are formed. The CEC must keep this in mind."
