Yakup Sefer: Turkish companies invested $1B in Karabakh

Currently, 30 Turkish companies are operating in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Chief Trade Counselor of the Turkish Embassy, Yakup Sefer, said at the special session of the Caspian Energy Forum dedicated to economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkiye, held in Baku today, Report informs.
Yakup Sefer also stressed that these companies have already invested $1 billion, and these investments will increase.
According to him, the tourist flow between the two countries is also increasing: “This year, 135,000 people travelled from Azerbaijan to Turkiye, and 125,000 from Turkiye to Azerbaijan.”
