Nakchivan's trade turnover up 23%

In January-June 2026, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan conducted foreign trade operations worth $70.5 million, Report informs, citing the data from State Statistical Committee of Nakhchivan.
According to the data, this is 22.5% more compared to the same period of last year.
Of the foreign trade turnover, $6.7 million accounted for exports, and $63.8 million accounted for imports. Over the past year, exports increased by 14.4%, and imports by 23.4%.
This resulted in a negative balance of $57.1 million in foreign trade which is 23.1% more year-on-year.
