Company from Luxembourg to buy Toshiba for $20 billion

The leading innovation company Luxembourg's CVC Capital Partners has made an official offer to buy Japanese electronics giant Toshiba.
Report informs, citing foreign media, that the investment company has proposed Toshiba $20 billion.
According to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Toshiba had a market capitalization of 1.738 trillion yen ($15.84 billion) in the international market yesterday.
