Emma Nicholson: British companies keen on participation in Karabakh restoration

"British companies are interested in participating in projects being implemented in territories liberated from occupation," Report informs referring to the Ministry of Economy that Baroness Emma Nicholson, Trade Envoy of the British Prime Minister for Azerbaijan, said this at a meeting with Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov.

Emma Nicholson noted that Britain attaches great importance to the development of trade and economic ties with Azerbaijan.

Mikayil Jabbarov stressed effective trade and investment cooperation with the UK.

The meeting also discussed joint projects with the UK in the field of energy, renewable energy sources, the successful activities of BP in Azerbaijan, stressed the importance of creating a working group between the Ministry of Economy and the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Azerbaijan to expand the economic partnership.
