Eleven documents signed at Azerbaijan International Investment Forum

A total of 11 documents were signed as part of the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2026), held in Baku under the patronage of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Report, the documents are as follows:

• Cooperation in construction and development - signed by Deputy Economy Minister Anar Akhundov and Ta Ngoc Da, Deputy CEO of ROX Group JSC;

• Cooperation on the development of Azerbaijan's digital economy - signed by Deputy Economy Minister Azer Bayramov and Gabriela Popescu, General Manager of Microsoft Romania, Moldova & CIS;

• Cooperation on solar and wind energy projects in Azerbaijan - signed by Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Soltanov and Pham Minh Tuan, Chairman of the Executive Board of Energy Companies – ROX Group;

• Production of silicon carbide, silicon oxide and silicon using new technologies - signed by Valeh Alasgarov, Chairman of the Board of the Authorized Body of the Alat Free Economic Zone, and Vitali Yevdokimenko, founder of Inoyest AFEZCO;

• ABAK-WASSERSTEIN Swiss-Azerbaijani plantation and processing facility projects - signed by Seymur Orujov, Head of the Aghstafa District Executive Authority, and Zoltan Peter Stuchlik, representative of Swiss company iCsquared GmbH;

• Aghdam poultry project - signed by Ulvi Mansurov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund OJSC; Niyazi Amirbayov, CEO of Agro Dairy LLC, owned by PASHA Holding LLC; and Petr Cingr, Deputy Chairman of the Board of AGROFERT, a.s.;

• Veterinary vaccine production project - signed by Ulvi Mansurov and Abdullah Tutak, Director of VETAL HAYVAN SAĞLIĞI ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş.;

• Establishment of a pharmaceutical production facility - signed by Ulvi Mansurov and Ondrej Dragun, Chief Financial Officer of Saneca Pharmaceuticals, a.s.;

• Acquisition of a non-controlling stake in Azer-Turk Bank OJSC by the Azerbaijan-Oman Direct Investment Fund - signed by Deyanat Sadullayev, Acting CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding, and Saif Almahrouqi, Senior Manager for G2G Funds at the Oman Investment Authority;

• Cooperation between SOCAR, the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA) and Esyasoft - signed by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, ADSEA Chairman Zaur Mikayilov and Esyasoft representative Bibin Chandra;

• Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ukraine in investment promotion - signed by AZPROMO Executive Director Yusif Abdullayev and UkraineInvest Executive Director Maryna Khlystun.
