Azerbaijan's potato export revenues amount to nearly $15M

Azerbaijan exported 38,418 tons of potatoes worth $14.6 million in January-May 2026, Report informs.

According to the State Statistics Committee, compared to the same period last year, export volume decreased by 18,361 tons (32.3%), while revenue decreased by $7.9 million (35.1%).

In total, Azerbaijan conducted $20.79 billion in foreign trade transactions in January-May 2026, of which $13.97 billion came from exports and $6.82 billion from imports.

Over the year, exports increased by 27%, while imports decreased by 31.6%.
