Azerbaijan increases spending on rubber imports

In January-July this year, Azerbaijan imported rubber and rubber products for $81.151 million, Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee.

This is $16.318 million (25.2 percent) more than in the same period last year.

For seven months of this year, Azerbaijan exported rubber and rubber products for $275,000, which is $471,000 (2.7 times) less than a year earlier.

During the reporting period, the import of rubber and rubber products amounted to 1.29 percent of Azerbaijan’s total imports, and export accounted for 0 percent of the total exports.
