Azerbaijan increases revenues from silk exports by over 15 times

In January-August this year, Azerbaijan imported silk worth USD 15,600 (USD 15,700 or two times less than last year), Report mentions, referring to the State Customs Committee.
The value of Azerbaijan's silk exports for eight months amounted to USD 2.520 million, which is USD 2.357 million (15.5 times) more than a year ago.
During the reporting period, imports of silk accounted for 0% of Azerbaijan's total imports, while the exports made up 0.02% of total exports.
