20 arrested for tax crimes in nine months in Azerbaijan

A total of 20 people have been arrested over tax crimes and handed over accordingly as a result of investigative and operational measures conducted in Azerbaijan during January-September this year, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

In addition, 977 people who evaded the preliminary investigation were forcibly brought for interrogation, 1,204 persons were identified and reported to the investigation, and 460 persons were found and brought to the investigation.
