Azerbaijan sees twofold decrease in cotton exports

In January-May 2023, Azerbaijan exported cotton worth $68.874 million (-2.2 times), Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
The share of cotton in Azerbaijan’s total exports made up 0.43%.
In the reporting period, the cotton imports amounted to $2,537,000, 11.7% less than a year ago.
During the reporting period, the share of cotton in total imported was 0.04%.
