Azerbaijan posts 3% growth in meat production

In January-February this year, Azerbaijan produced 87,900 tons of live-weight meat.

According to the State Statistics Committee, this is 3% more than in the same period last year.

In January-February 2022, Azerbaijan produced agricultural products worth 774.7 million manats, up 3.1% from a year ago.

Over the past year, the country's crop production value increased by 4.1% to 41.2 million manats, and the value of livestock products increased by 2.5% to 733.5 million manats.
