Agrarian Credit & Development Agency issues $19M in preferential loans

In January-April of 2025, the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency under the Agriculture Ministry of Azerbaijan provided 32.3 million manats ($19 million) in preferential loans for 1,707 applications, Report informs.
Of that, 28.9 million manats ($17 million) were loans for machinery and equipment, while 3.4 million manats ($2 million) were loans for other purposes.
Additionally, during the 4-month period, the agency allocated 2.6 million manats (almost $1.53 million) for the purchase of 673 heads of pedigree cattle, as well as 39.4 million manats (just over $23.2 million) in subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment.
