Yael Braun-Pivet: France does not recognize Karabakh independence

France does not recognize the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, the speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of France, Yael Braun-Pivet, said at a press conference as part of her Yerevan visit, Report informs via Armenian media.

She said this is in accordance with the international law to which France is subject.

The speaker also held a meeting with Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan.
