Volume of money transfers from Azerbaijan to Georgia up by about 15%

Money transfers of individuals from Azerbaijan to Georgia amounted to $14.65 million in the first quarter of 2024, Report informs, citing BMG.

According to calculations based on the data from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the volume of money transfers during this period increased by 14.66% or $1.87 million compared to the same period last year.

According to statistics, the share of transfers to Georgia in the volume of total transfers across the country was 11.1%.
