Turkish Consulate General in Aleppo resumes work after 13 years

After 13 years, the Turkish flag was raised at the Turkish Consulate General in Aleppo.
Report informs via TRT haber that the Consulate General will handle visa and passport procedures.
The consulate general suspended its operations in July 2012 due to the civil war in Syria.
