Turkish Airlines flies from Istanbul to Damascus after 12-year break

Turkish Airlines has made its first flight to Syria after a 12-year break.
The Airbus A330, which departed from Istanbul at 09:00 local time (+3GMT) , landed at Damascus International Airport around 11:35 local time, Report informs via TRT Haber TV channel.
Flights to Syria will be operated three times a week.
