The West is trying to strengthen its position in the South Caucasus and Central Asia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the 11th international security conference held in Moscow on Wednesday, Report informs via TASS.
He said that Western countries are also trying to change the situation in North Africa and the Middle East: “The United States still sees the Latin American and the Caribbean countries as its backyard.”
