Russia, Iran sign 20-year partnership agreement

The comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Moscow and Tehran is set for a duration of 20 years, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali stated, Report informs via TASS.
"After signing the agreement, it must be ratified by the Iranian parliament. Following ratification, the document will be valid for 20 years," the diplomat stated.
The ambassador did not clarify whether the agreement includes the option for automatic extension.
