More than 100 Russian tourists are stuck at Chinese customs in Heihe and cannot get to Blagoveshchensk due to the difficult hydrological situation on the border Amur River. Crossing the border is carried out using a hovercraft, Report informs referring to Russian media.

“The situation with international passenger traffic on the Blagoveshchensk-Heihe direction on November 4 remains difficult,” reads the message.

One ship is transporting people across the border. The second one is under renovation. It is planned to be put into operation on November 5.
