Mudflows in Türkiye hit 68 people, 5 missing

Dozens of people have been affected by floods caused by heavy rains in the Turkish cities of Sanliurfa and Adiyaman, Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said, Report informs.
“During the mudflows 60 people were injured in Sanliurfa, and 8 people in Adiyaman. Their health condition is good. Two people went missing in Adiyaman and three in Sanliurfa,” the minister said.
Earlier, Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said that mudflows in the region claimed 12 lives in Sanliurfa, two more in Adiyaman, and the search for five missing people continues.
