Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will resign in the coming months, Pashinyan's former ally, MP Hovik Aghazaryan said, Report informs via Armenian media.
He linked this to the planned snap elections in the country.
It is noted that Aghazaryan, who was part of the ruling team until the end of last year and was aware of what was happening in high circles, believes that current foreign policy events create conditions where early elections serve the interests of the authorities.
He added that Pashinyan now has more chances to receive a mandate of trust again and promote his plans.
"These events exist, and not only them. There are other reasons to hold snap elections," Aghazaryan emphasized without providing details.
