MoD spokesman: Decisive battle for Ukraine

Now we can say that a decisive battle has already begun, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Colonel Oleksandr Motuzyanyk told RBK-Ukraine, Report informs.

According to him, the fighting for Donbas has intensified for several days: "The invaders became more active in attacking Luhansk and Donetsk."

The spokesman said that the towns and villages in these parts of Ukraine are large and small fortresses: "They do not allow the enemy's plan of aggression to fail. For this reason, without exaggeration, the battles in the Donbas are decisive for Ukraine."
