Long-range aircraft Il-96-400m makes its first flight

The Russian-made wide-body long-range aircraft Il-96-400m has made its first flight, according to the Russian Cabinet of Ministers, Report informs referring to Russian media.

The flight took place at altitudes of up to 2,000 meters, speeds of up to 390 km/h and lasted 26 minutes.

“The test program passed as usual, the stable operation of Russian systems and equipment was confirmed, most of which were manufactured by enterprises of the Rostec state corporation,” reads the message.
