Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hopes that his emotions will help him in his speeches in European parliaments, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Report informs, citing TASS.
"The postponement of talks between Moscow and Kyiv is intended to dramatize the situation, allow Zelensky to address the parliaments of European countries in a khaki shirt, and demand possible NATO intervention. We are in regular contact with world leaders. The West is particularly interested in mediation. We are not against it, but we have a red line," he added.
