At present, there is no significant demand for Russia's mediation in the conflict between Iran and Israel, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Izvestia, according to Report.
He noted that it is currently impossible to predict whether the need for such mediation might arise in the future.
"At this moment, unfortunately, we do not see or feel a foundation for moving toward a peaceful resolution. So far, we are only witnessing an exchange of statements and strikes — and each statement is more militant than the previous one," Peskov said.
