Iranian president: Tehran ready to hold talks on nuclear program verification

Tehran is ready to negotiate on the verification of its nuclear program after suspending cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said in an interview with Tucker Carlson, Report informs.
Tehran is ready to negotiate on this issue, the president noted, adding that Iran had never been a party that shied away from inspection activities and is ready to conduct such control.
In early July, Pezeshkian issued a decree suspending cooperation with the IAEA.
On July 4, the IAEA said that its inspectors had left Tehran for the agency's headquarters in Vienna.
