Iran starts second round of parliamentary elections

Today Iran has launched the second round of elections to the Majlis (Parliament), Report says, citing ISNA Agency.
Voting at the polling stations started at 08: 00 local time (07: 30 Baku time) and would last for 10 hours. If necessary, it can be extended by one or two hours. The results of the process should determine the names of the remaining 11 out of 290 deputies.
Notably, Iran held the elections to the Parliament on February 21. The names of candidates were announced for several days after voting separately for each of the provinces. A second round was to take place in 10 in April. However, the government postponed to September 11 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
