An official representative of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Ahmad Yurianto, confirmed the country's first death from the new coronavirus, Report informs.
TASS says, citing Antara agency, that the first victim of the deadly disease is a 53-year-old foreign citizen. He reportedly suffered from several chronic diseases, and his relatives brought him to hospital in serious condition.
To date, the country has reported 27 cases of coronavirus infection.
