The Russo-Ukrainian War will end when the US wants it to, Lizzie Wahab, Vice President for enrollment management at the University of Maine, told Report.

According to her, the next US election is key to ending the war: “The Russians are playing a long Game. The US has already proceeded many sanctions since the cold war, but Russian is still wielding power. I am not sure sanctions are the way forward in this digital world.”
