US Treasury imposes sanctions against several individuals and companies in China

The US Treasury Department has included a number of Chinese companies and two individuals to the sanctions list under the Magnitsky Act, Report informs via foreign media.
Restrictions are imposed for involvement in human rights violations.
In addition, restrictions are placed on 157 Chinese-flagged vessels associated with sanctioned companies.
