US Secretary of Defense and Israeli PM discuss joint fight against Iran  

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed the joint fight against Iran with US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who is on a visit to this country, Report informs.

"Productive meeting with Israeli PM in Tel Aviv. The US is committed to Israel's security. We discussed the bilateral partnership, security assistance, and enhancing regional security by deepening Israel's partnerships," the Secretary of Defense wrote on Twitter.

The United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has arrived in Israel, Report informs.

“Just landed in Tel Aviv. We will continue to work closely with Israel to promote regional stability and counter common threats through our robust defense cooperation,” the Secretary of State tweeted.
