Estonia's Undersecretary for Global Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minna-Liina Lind, has been added to Russia's blacklist in response to the cancellation of Russian diplomatic spokeswoman Maria Zakharova's visa before the OSCE foreign ministers' meeting, a high-ranking source in Moscow told TASS, Report informs.
"This decision is a 'greeting' from Moscow to Tallinn in connection with the cancellation of Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova's Maltese visa in early December last year. The visa cancellation became known one day before the Russian delegation's flight to attend the OSCE foreign ministers' meeting," the source stated.
