Over 60% of Germans afraid that Ukraine war might spill over into NATO

Most residents of Germany, two years after the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, fear that it will spread to the territory of NATO states, Report informs.

Such concerns were expressed by 61 percent of participants in a survey conducted by the sociological institute INSA for the newspaper Bild am Sonntag.

At the same time, 31 percent of respondents expressed the opinion that this will not happen, and another eight percent refrained from answering.

The second part of the survey was about the integration of Ukrainian refugees in Germany. According to 51 percent of respondents, it completely or largely failed. Only 28 percent of respondents believe that integration was successful to some extent.

Almost half of the survey participants (49%) believe that Ukrainian refugees in Germany receive too much financial support. About 35% of respondents believe that the amount of benefits is sufficient.
