In Montreal, Canada, nine people, including boys, were hit by a car, Report says, citing country's local media.
According to police, a 38-year-old man driving a car struck the first pedestrian at 12:45 local time (20:45 Baku time) and disappeared. He then hurt six other people and two children nearby.
The injured were taken to hospitals, and the driver was detained.
Police are investigating the causes of the incident.
