Kallas: EU not to allow Russia to destroy principles of Helsinki Final Act

Russia is moving away from the commitments outlined in the Helsinki Final Act signed 50 years ago through its actions against Ukraine, European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, wrote on X, Report informs.
“Russia wants to destroy Ukraine. In doing so, it is also breaking the pledge it made 50 years ago today in the Helsinki Final Act.
Respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity & every country’s right to choose its alliances.
We will not let Russia tear these principles apart,” reads the post.
